Premier's Debating Challenge 2019
Our Years 9 & 10 Debating Team visited Gosford High School in Week 8 of Term 2. The students competed in Round 2 of the Premier's Debating Challenge and did a fantastic job debating and representing our school.
Premier's Debating Challenge 2018
Kariong Mountains High School entered a team into the 2018 Year 9 & 10 Premier's Debating Challenge. Our team competed as a part of the Central Coast/ Hunter region with home and away debates held in Terms 2 and 3.
Central Coast Future Council
In 2018, 9 students from Kariong Mountains High School attended the ‘Central Coast Future Council' event, which was held at Central Coast Council chambers in Gosford. The students competed against other high schools from around the Central Coast, debating on a range of geographical issues that affect the Central Coast and proposing solutions to these issues.
